About NAS 2026
Kenya’s agrifood systems are at a pivotal moment. Climate change, biodiversity loss, land degradation, rising production costs, and food insecurity continue to threaten livelihoods and ecosystems.
The 3rd National Agroecology Symposium (NAS 2026) convenes diverse actors to move beyond dialogue and accelerate implementation of agroecology at scale, guided by a One Health approach that integrates human, animal, and environmental wellbeing.
NAS 2026 focuses on action, partnerships, and scaling solutions that place farmers, pastoralists, women, and youth at the center of food systems transformation.
